Crock Pot Pork
After reading about this recipe on every food forum/blog I have read, I decided to finally try it! It was soo delicious and so easy.
1- 2-3 pound boneless pork roast
1 jar pepperoncini peppers (found close to the pickles)
Top the pork with the peppers and cook all day on low.
No Salt! No pepper!
Once it was done I shredded with 2 forks and we had our friends over for pork tacos! So good!
We even had leftovers for lunch. I used mine to add some extra protein to my salad since I am bringing lunch everyday as part of what I gave up for Lent.

I finally did it!
I am notorious for saying I am going to do something and not follow through or even start for that matter. In the past month I have said I was going to:
-do a clean eating diet---did not happen at all, not eve for one meal
-drink protein shakes for 2 meals a day---happened for 1 day
-cut down on the shopping- let's get real.
I finally committed to something. I have started running and did a 5k! I even met my goal time of under 45 minutes. My final time was 40:20.
Sticking with something actually feels good. I may try it more often. :)

Day Twelve: Favorite movie based on a book/comic/etc.
My favorite movie based on a book must be "Girl with the Dragon Tattoo". I recently watched the first two of the trilogy and love it. I must confess, I switched to English instead of reading the subtitles. Another confession....I never read the book. That is ok though since I heard it was very accurate!
