Half Moon Bay

One thing I love about where I live is how close I am to Half Moon Bay. Half Moon Bay is a cute beach town along the coast. Although it does not compare to Gulf Shores or the Redneck Riviera ( I love laying out watching fat rednecks). Every time we go, we do something new. This past weekend, we walked around the Harbor and ate at Half Moon Bay Brewery. The waves were huge...not Maverick size, but pretty big. Maybe I will try to surf someday.

Christina Hendrick's

I love Mad Men. Joan the secretary is my idol! I can't believe anyone would say she is fat. I think she has the body most would kill for.

Seattle

Bryan and I decided to go up north to Seattle for the long weekend. What a great place! We both want to go back already. We got there early Saturday morning. After we checked into our hotel, we walked down to the famous Pike Place! It is a big market full of fresh seafood and produce along with arts and crafts for sale. I got some great craft ideas :)

We had some great seafood and went to the Gold Rush museum. We had a great dinner at Flying Fish. Afterwards, we went to a bar called Whisky Bar.

Sunday, after brunch, we went on a boat ride around the bay. It was beautiful and a nice way to learn more about the city. We then had more fish and chips and oysters.

It was a great trip!!! Thanks for taking me, Bryan!!

2010

Happy New Year!

The holidays were great this year. Bryan and I were able to go home a few weeks before Christmas. It was great to see everyone. The highlight was playing with our nice, Ansley.

On Christmas morning, we drove to Tahoe so we could have a White Christmas!! It was so pretty. We now have a tradition to go to Orange County for New Year's This one was just as memorable as last year.

My resolutions for 2010 are to be more positive, not shop as much, and of course to lose weight.

Hope Everyone has a great 2010!!!!
