I am notorious for saying I am going to do something and not follow through or even start for that matter. In the past month I have said I was going to:
-do a clean eating diet---did not happen at all, not eve for one meal
-drink protein shakes for 2 meals a day---happened for 1 day
-cut down on the shopping- let's get real.
I finally committed to something. I have started running and did a 5k! I even met my goal time of under 45 minutes. My final time was 40:20.
Sticking with something actually feels good. I may try it more often. :)
