Crock Pot Pork

After reading about this recipe on every food forum/blog I have read, I decided to finally try it! It was soo delicious and so easy.

1- 2-3 pound boneless pork roast
1 jar pepperoncini peppers (found close to the pickles)

Top the pork with the peppers and cook all day on low.

No Salt! No pepper!

Once it was done I shredded with 2 forks and we had our friends over for pork tacos! So good!

We even had leftovers for lunch. I used mine to add some extra protein to my salad since I am bringing lunch everyday as part of what I gave up for Lent.
